Stand-up, improv artist, score writer, Tower of London resident and officially The Honourable, Tom Houghton is a star on the rise. Full to the brim of roguish tales and hilarious songs, Tom debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017 with a hugely successful sell-out run, returning in 2018 with his second sell out solo show The Honourable: Tom Houghton, which went on to run at the Soho Theatre. Tom followed up in 2019 with rave reviews for his most recent show, That's What I Go To School For - an expose on life within the upper class elite schooling system.
Also a regular across our TV screens, Tom’s credits include; Comedy Blaps, First Dates Hotel (both Channel 4), The Jim Jeffries Show for Comedy Central and Comedy Central’s Roast Battle alongside fellow comic Lauren Pattison. He’s also a sought after jingle writer, having written songs for high profile shows such as Britain’s Got Talent and Saturday Night Takeaway (both ITV).
Tom is currently developing his first sitcom alongside a packed gig diary, including invitations to perform at Altitude Festival, Montreux Comedy Festival, Montreux’s Comedy Gala in Dubai, Johannesburg International Comedy Festival and the New Zealand International Comedy Festival.
Throughout 2020 Tom has been supporting Milton Jones on a nationwide UK tour, as well as working on a number of exciting solo projects, including his brand new podcast for Global, Class Dismissed.
