Agents Assistant 

We are looking for a highly organised individual to join our team and assist agents in managing our comedy talent.  We are keen to find someone with a passion for comedy who is keen to forge a career in talent management.

While experience is a bonus it is not a necessity and we are really keen to hear from anyone that has been looking for an entry-level role with plenty of room for growth at a young and growing company.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills, with a particular flair for clear, professional writing. Additionally they need to have good numerical skills and ideally some experience working in an office environment. They should be comfortable with performing a lot of varied tasks quickly. Social media skills are an asset.

The role would be based in our office in Fitzrovia but you will also be expected to attend comedy shows, gigs and screenings in the evenings. 

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Answering and forwarding calls, taking messages

  • Dealing with confidential information sensitively and with discretion.

  • Maintaining diaries for Agents and Clients.

  • Coordinating meetings and calls

  • Managing client invoicing; raising invoices, chasing payment & tracking remittance.

  • Daily maintenance of the agency database and client folders.

  • Grammar checking and proofreading

  • Attending client gigs as artist liaison.

  • Writing and keeping all client biographies up to date.

  • Managing company website and social media, responding to correspondence and all public enquiries.

  • Booking couriers and travel for staff and clients.


  • Monday to Friday, regular business hours (10am to 6pm)

  • Some overtime


Salary starts at £21K+  (dependent on experience)
